Today, I'm grateful and thankful for:

- the kind response and generosity of spirit a person gave me, after I was very insensitive.

- the help of a person offering me tools to process my unhelpful racing mind.

8th March 2025: Kind & Generous Man / Wooden Elephant / Aphex Twin's Drukqs / Yearning For Richmond Park

Today, I am grateful and thankful for,

- a kind and generous take-away/restaurant man on Caledonian Road

- Wooden Elephant, and their performance of Aphex Twin's Drukqs at King's Place

- A yearning to visit Richmond Park, perhaps brought on by this new spring morning sunlight. 

7th March 2025: Energy / Anora / Independent Cinema / Reform UK Hopefully Imploding & Ending

Today, I am grateful and thankful for,

- a period of energy to be able to reach further

- Anora, and more widely, independent cinema getting recognition at the Oscars

- the hope that the Reform UK might implode as a political party

6th March 2025: Trust Of Flatmates / Being Asked To Help A Close Friend Move In To New Home / Al Green Standing Up

Today, I am grateful and thankful for, 

- the trust of my flatmates

- the privilege to help a close friend settle into her new home

- Al Green standing up against the assault on Medicaid in the US, by the Trump Administration.

Today, I am grateful and thankful for:

- the feeling of stepping out of my practical balcony, to clean my window. A small fear, overcoming it, allowed me to clean the pane, and have a brighter light in my room.

- The experience of willing to keep trying around long-term challenges

- A gracious gesture

- The life and artwork of Mike Kelley, having been introduced to him last week at the Ghost & Spirit exhibition at the Tate Modern
