12th August 2017: Opposition To Fascists / Reporting / Internet

Today, I am thankful to all the brave people opposing fascists in the streets of Charlottesville. You defend us all with this action in spite of putting yourself in danger. The loss of this young life is devastating. I feel so impotent. #Charlottesville

I am grateful for those brave people reporting and recording events, compiling evidence of this Nazi violence that will help aid justice for those afflicted. 

In general, I am grateful for the internet, and its ability to give a space for voices that might not otherwise be heard, that it can carry them across the globe quickly to those seeking to understand what is unknown to them.
